Resource Manager by Atec Systems processes information required to operate the service, including organization details, user accounts, location records, AED inventory, inspection logs, readiness checklist data, consumable expiry data, reminder settings, and notification history.
2. How We Use Data
We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, support inspections and reminder workflows, generate compliance reporting, improve reliability, and maintain platform security.
3. Notifications and Messaging
Where enabled, Resource Manager by Atec Systems may send email, SMS, or in-app notifications related to inspections, expiries, reminders, invites, and account events. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate recipient details and obtaining any required communications consent.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer operational data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and communications providers strictly as needed to host, secure, support, and deliver the service.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data, including authentication controls, role-based access, and operational security measures. No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers remain responsible for protecting their own credentials and internal access practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into Resource Manager by Atec Systems and for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable privacy, employment, health, and communications laws.
